is breaking OUT to an all-time high on the back of a partnership; the stock has been flagging for 5-weeks, volume running way above average.

When I posted the chart on Twitter and bought the stock $YEXT was up 8%. Right now the stock is up 15% as I write this, I would not be chasing up here, instead, I would wait for it to digest this move by either pulling back or going sideways for a few days.
