Investor Business Daily is a great source for trading ideas, it allows you to narrow down the universe of stocks using fundamental data that is not widely accessible anywhere else. Their MarketSmith charting software gives you an almost perfect snapshot of the companies fundamentals and technicals. The daily chart gives you the earnings and sales number and percent change versus last years figure. The oil sector has been scorching hot; the individual oil industries are dominating Investors Business Daily TOP 20 industries. One of the best ways to get solid trade ideas is to look at stocks that are within the Top 20 industries group. A bulk of a stock's move comes from its sector/industry; a rising tide can lift all boats. $AXAS is part of the Oil&Gas -U.S Exploration group, ranked number 1 by Investors Business Daily. $AMC is an interesting situation, it's been trading sideways for eight months, it's heavily shorted, 30% of the float is short via Finviz, and there's a bunch of potential blockbuster movies coming out. 2018 second half line up; Star Wars, Deadpool, Ocean 8, Incredibles 2, Ant-Man, Barbie, Halloween, X-men. 2019 Line up; Captain Marvel, Dumbo, Avengers 4,  Aladdin, Toy Story 4, Lion King, Frozen 2, Star Wars.
